Inspired by small town butcher shops that dot across the state of Iowa, Midwestern Meats focuses on bringing traditional, old fashioned nose-to-tail butchery to Arizona foodies. Located in Mesa, Arizona, the butcher shop's meat counter, display cases, and refrigerators are filled with fresh cut cornfed meats, poultry, fish and homemade sausages and brats.
Alongside traditional meat and deli selections, Midwestern Meats is also stocked with its own in-house products such as Italian sausage, bratwurst, stuffed burgers, kebobs, marinades, sauces, and pot pies to name a few. As the season changes, so does our selections. Thanksgiving - we offer young fresh turkey, turduckens, and oysters. Although our expert butcher can cut up a nice prime rib roast any time of year, the butcher shop begins preparing and aging (wet and dry) our steaks so that they reach peak perfection for the December holidays.
Shipped directly from Iowa, Midwestern Meats cornfed steaks are aged to perfection, ensuring customers will serve tender, juicy and flavorful prime rib roast with each and every cut.
Midwestern Meats also offer custom cuttings and orders from items like buffalo beef to fish like sole. Ordering ahead of use is necessary. Catering is also done in the meat shop. We can cater small groups of 6 to large groups of 500. Birthdays, weddings or corporate events - we've done them all and can meet your budgetary needs.
