Placing an Order

Please contact Midwestern Bakery at 480-924-2105. Our bakery specialists will personally take your order and gather all important details.

Things to consider before you call to place your order:

  1. Type of Event (birthday, anniversary, corporate event)
  2. Date, Time, and Event Location
  3. Number of guests or people attending
  4. Any health concerns, for example, diabetic guest who may need sugar free desserts
  5. Type of dessert and Cost
  6. Pickup Time.

Please place your order in advanced - the sooner the better! Pick up orders at 4308 E Main Street (NWC) Greenfield Road and Main Street, in Mesa.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel your order as soon as possible. Do not wait until the last moment. Custom orders canceled less than 96 hours (4 days) prior to scheduled pickup date and time will be charged a $100 custom fee because the order was custom made; thus, it cannot be resold or restock.

Cake Sizes

Full Sheet:  18 x 24 inches. Cake this size will serve about 100-125 people.

Half Sheet:  11 x 15 inches. Cake this size will serve about 40-50 people.

Quarter Sheet:  9 x 12 inches. Cake this size will serve about 25-30 people.

12" Round:  Cake this size will serve about 30-35 people.

10" Round: Cake this size will serve about 20-28 people.

8" Round: Cake this size will serve about 12-15 people.

6" Round: Cake this size will serve about 6-8 people.

We make a variety of pastries and donuts, all made from scratch, every morning.  We offer the following standard pastries and donuts year-round; however, our highly skilled bakers can bake just about anything. If you have a pastry in mind that you don't see in our bakery, please don't hesitate to ask and place a special order.
